11.2 In the event services are permanently discontinued, active subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of their subscription term, unless otherwise expressly waived in writing at the time of enrollment.
11.3 Steady Gain Sports will not be liable for any additional damages, costs, or claims arising from the discontinuation of the service beyond the pro-rata refund described in section 11.2.

Subscriptions provide access to analysis, data-driven opinions, and point-based tracking of game performance.
Transparency Tools
Subscribers may view historical picks and performance spreadsheets, along with past social media timestamps from before we launched our subscription model. Going forward, all current and future picks are exclusive to subscribers and will be available only through the Steady Gain Sports platform.
Advertising Service
We may offer advertising opportunities on our website, newsletters, or email communications.
